BRK Brocock Servicing of your PCP air rifle can be carried out by the factory, or via our approved dealers. We can also uprate the power of your model (an FAC will be required in the UK.)
Servicing of BRK Brocock models should be carried out at regular intervals. This ensures your rifle performs at its best.
Important Information – Repairs, Servicing & Returns
If your rifle requires repair and is still within the applicable 3-year warranty period, please contact the dealer from whom the product was originally purchased to arrange the return process.
For full servicing or non-warranty repairs, please contact your nearest Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD), who will be able to arrange secure return of the rifle to us on your behalf.
Customers wishing to deliver or collect their rifle in person at the factory may do so by appointment only. Please complete the form below and indicate that you would like to arrange a personal drop-off or collection for your repair or service. A member of our team will then contact you to confirm a suitable appointment time.
