ROTARY Single Shot Loader (Ghost)
The ROTARY Single Shot Loader is a wheel-fed option to replace the auto-loading magazine system. It is specific to the BRK Ghost PCP and will not fit any other BRK air rifle model.
Please note that this is the newer design, to replace the Ghost’s old style Flip-out Single Shot Loader.
Design
The Rotary Loader incorporates a wheel-fed loading system. It fits into the breech bay in place of the BRK Ghost’s magazine.
Operation
Using the Rotary Single Shot Loader in a BRK Ghost could not be easier!
- Open the rifle’s sidelever
- Rotate the rotary drum 180 degrees to expose the single loading aperture. The Loader fits for either left or right loading
- Insert your pellet into the aperture nose-first
- Rotate the rotary drum 180 degrees back
- Close the sidelever
Construction
The Single-Shot Loader has been precision engineered by PRS. It is made form high-grade aluminium. Its finish is black anodising. The caliber is etched on the rotary drum.
Why Use a Single Shot Loader?
The loader allows for single-shot shooting in preference of the standard multi-shot magazine. This can be beneficial when pellet testing. Some target competition rules ban the use of magazines, so the Single Shot Loader is required to enter. Additionally, some shooters prefer to ‘feel’ the pellet into the rifle.
Caliber Availability
The BRK Ghost Rotary Single Shot Loader system is currently available only in the following calibers:
- .177 / 4.5mm
- .22 / 5.5mm
Note: .25 / 6.35mm and .30 / 7.62mm calibers to come. Stocks of the older flip-out system are still available.
