If your enquiry is regarding a product sold to you from a shop/reseller: you should contact them first (where possible).
If you want to contact BRK Brocock, we prefer to correspond via email! This way we have a clear record of what is needed and can fit our reply around getting the answers from the rest of our team.
If you must telephone us, we will try to take your call during office hours, Monday to Friday. We do get busy, though. So you will need to be patient. Note: lines are closed for lunch 13:00 – 13:30.
