If your enquiry is regarding a product sold to you from a shop/reseller, where possible they should be your first call.
We prefer to correspond by email! This way we have a clear record of what is needed and can fit our reply around getting the answers from the rest of our team, but if you must call, don’t worry we will take your call during office hours Monday to Friday, We close for lunch between 1:00 – 1:30pm. We do get busy though so please be patient. ABSOLUTLY ALL EMAILS ARE REPLIED TO! If you do not receive a reply within a week please check your spam folder and then resend. Please supply your phone number and the serial number of your rifle in the email as we may need to call you back.
